Overview
At Virgie Wayne, we want you to adore what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We offer a hassle-free refund for returns initiated within 21 days of purchase. We handle all the details, providing shipping labels and covering the return fees, so it’s easy for you. Please ensure that items are returned unused, with all elements of the original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase. For items that aren’t in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error, a partial refund might be issued.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t seen your refund yet? Here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Reach out to your credit card company—it can sometimes take a little time before your refund shows up.
  3. Contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve tried all this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@virgiewayne.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, just email us at hello@virgiewayne.com and send your item to the address we provide.

Gifts
Received a gift ordered from Virgie Wayne and want to return it? If it was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver—who will then be informed about the return.

Shipping
To return your product, simply email our Customer Service at hello@virgiewayne.com and we’ll get you all set up with a Return Label and the documents you need. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
